Hello, my name is Anastasiya and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in California. I received my Masters from California State University of San Bernardino and have been practicing for 4 years. I meet my clients where they are at and work at their pace while helping create a personalized plan for them to achieve short-term and long-term goals. Life is not supposed to feel as hard as it does right now and I am here to help change that!
The first session typically involves obtaining life (family, job, etc.) and problem history, but we can go as slow as you need to. A lot of people have a harder time than others with sharing and I try my best to accommodate that. After gathering information, we will identify your goals - where you want your life to be in a month, six months, or a year from now. Future sessions will focus on identifying options and applying strategies you can use to meet your goals.
Clients have described me as caring, understanding, and helpful. I work diligently to identify the root cause of your challenges and create a tailored plan that leads to achievable progress. I also offer virtual sessions, with camera on or off, and phone call sessions to make the experience as comfortable as possible based on your preference.
I love working with people of all ages and stages of life. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck or overwhelmed in life but are ready for change. However, I have also had great outcomes working with clients that are unsure if anything actually will help while struggling with motivation. Regardless of which category you fall into, I will work with you on making a plan that works for you!
I customize the treatment plan for each client by incorporating CBT/CPT, Person-centered therapy, Coherence therapy, Strength-Based therapy, and Attachment theory. Additionally, I am trained in treatment of ADHD and have experience providing treatment to many other disorders.
I utilized this modality to assist with facilitating change by focusing on solutions through achievable steps or actions.
