Psychoanalytic

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

My practice is eclectic and CBT and DBT are part of them. I help clients overcome limiting beliefs, resolve obstacles that derail their collaboration, and elevate mutual strengths, joy, and potential for deep connection.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I use Art Therapy, Play therapy when needed; but basically my practice is eclectic, and DBT is one of them.

As an immigrant myself from S. Korea I view Western psychology is different from other cultures. My approach is based on Spirituality, Art/Play Therapy and Psychoanalytic that embrace unique cultural aspects and view points.
