I am an LPC with 17 years of experience in counseling in various therapeutic settings. I work with teenagers and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma, as well as helping with coping skills, self-care and general wellness. Each person I work with is a unique, complex individual and I ensure each client’s treatment fits their specific needs, experiences, and goals.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session I focus on rapport and beginning a positive therapeutic alliance. I gather as much information as I can about the needs of each client and work with the client on treatment goals to ensure the client gets the most out of our subsequent sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strengths are my care and empathy for everyone I work with, my clinical ability and experience, and my joy and appreciation for being able to contribute to the lives of others.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I particularly enjoy working with women who’ve experienced anxiety, trauma and/or depression, as well as those who are interested in making smaller changes to enhance their overall wellness. I also enjoy working with young women who are beginning to establish themselves.
