Hello, I'm Chris and I have spent the last 16 years working with adults, children, and families. I graduated from Lindsey Wilson College and have spent nearly every day working to improve lives and reunite families. I have been taught by the best counselors in the business and want only to live up to their expectations and make the world a happier place.

In our first session, I hope I can describe a little about myself to you and then you share your goals for treatment so we can work on what you are looking to address in following sessions.

In our first session we will get the necessary paperwork completed, then tell you a little about myself, describe your goals in therapy, and create a plan that we can follow to see your progress along the way. Very much looking forward to meeting you! Chris

In the 16 years of counseling I have performed, I have connected with every age group, but if I had to choose it would be humans in their teens and twenties that struggle with anxiety, addiction, and overall levels of self esteem.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

My goals of Dialectical Behavior Therapy is to assist helping individuals regulate their emotions, have more successful interpersonal relationships, increase their distress tolerance, and be more mindful of thoughts, feelings, and their environment. Overall, I could not be happier if all client's were able to reach their "wise mind" as the ultimate goal of DBT therapy.
