About me
My focus is on cognitive behavioral therapy and complicated grief therapy. Sometimes we have to face our losses to be able to move forward, sometimes we have to confront our negative thoughts to clear our mind and focus on what is in front of us now. We try to cope with the world’s challenges based on the values and strengths we built during childhood, but there are many ways to rekindle our creativity and joy as adults to re imagine a new path. I am a compassionate listener who can hold a non- judgemental space for patients to share their beliefs, desires and concerns.
