I have a vast array of knowledge with middle aged and elderly populations. Clients that enter into therapy with me will work to become a version of themselves that helps motivate them to live life in a way that they define as rewarding and productive.

My clients are learning to define themselves after raising children and being in their careers for awhile. They want tools and resources to help them adjust to life and the changes brought on my changing career goals, empty nesting ,difficult relationships or loss of relationships.

Since beginning therapy sessions on Grow Therapy during the Pandemic, I've had a few therapists. But Alicia Squalls and I just clicked.
