Sometimes in life, the path forward becomes unclear. If you've been feeling disconnected from your direction, or the things that matter to you, counseling can help. My goal is to provide a safe space where clients can feel heard, and to feel more grounded whenever they are ready to move forward. I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with 8 years of clinical experience. During that time, I've received training and experience in: EMDR Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), existential/humanistic therapy, and mindfulness. I've helped individuals with concerns including: depression and anxiety, PTSD recovery, ADHD and neurodivergence, LGBTQ+ issues, burnout recovery, career transitions, grief, and life transitions. In addition, I have a specialty in adult ADHD. I take pride in helping neurodivergent clients reach a place of self-understanding, and learn how to support themselves at school, work and home.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we'll talk about what you're struggling with, and set some goals. We'll go over some standard questions for the initial assessment.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I provide a space where clients feel fully understood, and where their values are at the center of the treatment process.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I resonate with clients who are seeking to live a more values-driven life, but may be having trouble getting back to what that means. If this sounds like you, you don't have to go it alone. While past experiences or mental health conditions can lead us to feel blocked, therapy can help you clear the way again. I provide a space for clients to explore their core values, and reconnect with them. I believe from that place, people are best positioned to move forward with their career, relationships, or personal development. In working with clients with ADHD, I provide a neurodivergent-affirming therapy experience. I recognize that each client has their own experience of being neurodivergent, and I strive to honor that by building a mutual understanding of what neurodivvergence means to you. Through this approach, I aim to help clients fully understand themselves, and build habits that truly work for them.
