Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in New Jersey. I’ve worked with children, teens, and families for several years in both community and outpatient settings. I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Being a therapist is more than just a job for me—it’s my passion. I truly love helping people, and it brings me joy to see my clients grow, heal, and overcome life’s challenges. My goal is to create a compassionate, supportive space where clients from all backgrounds feel safe, heard, and empowered.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we’ll start with introductions and talk about what brought you or your child to therapy. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your current challenges, strengths, and goals. You will be treated with respect in a non-judgmental environment where I will do my best to support you. This first session helps me create a personalized plan so we can begin working toward healing and positive change in future sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

One of my greatest strengths as a provider is my compassion and ability to connect with clients in a genuine and supportive way. I create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and respected. I’m also culturally sensitive, flexible in my approach, and deeply committed to helping clients heal and grow at their own pace. It brings me joy to walk alongside people as they work through challenges and rediscover their strengths.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I love working with children, teens, and families who are navigating emotional and behavioral challenges. My clients are often dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or family stress. They may feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or unsure how to express what they’re going through. I help them build coping skills, improve communication, and gain confidence as they work toward healing and emotional growth.

My treatment methods

Eclectic

In sessions, I use an eclectic therapy style, which means I tailor my approach to fit what works best for you. I may use tools from CBT to help you manage thoughts and emotions, strength-based strategies to build confidence, or trauma-informed techniques to support healing. I adapt depending on your needs, goals, and what feels most helpful in the moment.
