Hi, I'm Orlando Interiano, a bilingual (Spanish) Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist based in Southern California. With a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy: Trauma Studies from Pacific Oaks and a Master’s in Psychology from Mount Saint Mary's University, I specialize in helping adults navigate anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and life transitions. My approach is integrative and deeply collaborative, blending IFS, CBT, DBT, and ACT to create personalized, effective treatment tailored to your needs.
Our first session is about connection and exploration. I’ll create a warm, judgment-free space where we’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you hope to gain, and how we can work together. This is a time to get a feel for the process, set initial goals, and begin laying the foundation for growth and healing.
I bring a compassionate, down-to-earth approach that blends evidence-based techniques with a deep understanding of each client’s unique experience. My integrative style allows me to tailor therapy to your specific needs, ensuring that you feel seen, supported, and empowered. Above all, I believe in meeting you where you are and walking alongside you toward lasting change.
I work best with adults who feel stuck—whether in patterns of anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or life transitions—and are ready to explore their inner world with curiosity and self-compassion. If you're looking for a space to understand yourself better, break old cycles, and move forward with intention, I’m here to support you.
Life comes with uncertainty, and struggling against it can keep us stuck. ACT helps us accept what we can’t control and focus on taking meaningful, value-based action. In our work together, we’ll shift from avoidance to mindful engagement, helping you move forward with clarity and purpose.
The way we think about our experiences directly impacts how we feel and act. Together, we’ll identify unhelpful thought patterns and reshape them into healthier, more balanced perspectives. CBT gives you the tools to challenge negative thinking and build lasting emotional resilience.
There’s no “one-size-fits-all” approach to therapy, and I don’t believe in forcing a method that doesn’t work for you. Instead, I pull from a range of therapeutic tools and tailor treatment to fit your unique needs. The goal isn’t to fit into a model—it’s to find what works best for you.
As an IFS Level-1 trained therapist, we explore how we all have different “parts” within us—some protective, some wounded, and some just trying to get through the day. IFS helps us understand and heal these parts, fostering self-compassion and inner balance. By exploring your inner world, we can release old burdens and create space for true healing.
