Hello and welcome! I’m a Licensed Mental Health Therapist practicing in Massachusetts and Florida, and I’m deeply passionate about supporting women and non-binary individuals through life’s challenges. Whether you're managing anxiety, navigating trauma, or simply seeking to better understand yourself, I’m here to walk with you on your journey. I believe therapy is about building a genuine, trusting rapport, where you feel seen, heard, and supported. I pride myself on being a compassionate, non-judgmental presence where you can safely explore your emotions, thoughts, and experiences. Life isn’t always easy, and I’m here to help you move through it with greater clarity, confidence, and resilience.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

When you start working with me, we begin with a comprehensive intake process where we’ll dive into your unique story, what brought you to therapy, and what goals you want to achieve. This is a time for you to share your experiences, and for me to understand how I can best support you. From there, we’ll create a personalized plan tailored to your needs. As we move forward, progress looks like discovering new ways to understand yourself, developing healthier coping strategies, and gaining confidence in navigating life’s challenges. Our work is about building awareness, exploring thoughts and emotions, and taking meaningful steps toward healing.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

One of my strengths as a therapist is creating a space where you can feel comfortable being your full self—without pressure or judgment. I show up with empathy, curiosity, and honesty, which helps build a strong and supportive connection. I’m someone who listens deeply and reflects thoughtfully, while also gently challenging you when needed to help you explore things in a new way. I draw from approaches like EMDR, CBT, and psychodynamic therapy, depending on what fits best for you. I take time to understand your unique experiences, and together, we explore the patterns, emotions, and past experiences that may be influencing your present. My goal is to support you in building insight, developing coping tools, and making choices that feel aligned with who you are and where you want to go.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

If you’ve been carrying the weight of past experiences, struggling in your relationships, or constantly second-guessing yourself, therapy can help. Whether you’re navigating a big life change, healing from trauma, untangling family dynamics, or simply trying to figure things out—this is your space to breathe, unpack, and grow. I work best with women and non-binary individuals who are open to exploring their inner world and ready to start showing up for themselves. If you're curious about how your past might be impacting your present, want to feel more grounded and empowered, or even bring your faith into your healing process—we might be a great fit. You're not alone in this, and you don't have to figure it out all at once. I'm here to support you, challenge you gently, and walk alongside you as you reconnect with your strength, your voice, and your peace.

My treatment methods

EMDR

EMDR is a powerful therapy method that helps people heal from trauma and distressing experiences by targeting the root of emotional pain, not just the symptoms. EMDR is especially helpful for those who feel "stuck" in patterns that talk therapy alone hasn’t been able to shift. In sessions, I guide clients through gentle, structured sets of eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation while they focus on specific memories, emotions, or beliefs. This process helps the brain reprocess stuck or overwhelming experiences so they feel less triggering and more manageable over time. I use EMDR with clients dealing with trauma, anxiety, attachment wounds, and negative core beliefs like “I’m not good enough” or “I always get left.” It’s a flexible tool that I integrate with talk therapy and inner child work,

Psychodynamic

I use Psychodynamic Therapy to help clients understand how their past experiences—especially early relationships and childhood dynamics—shape how they think, feel, and relate to others today. It’s about getting curious, not judgmental, about your emotional patterns and where they come from. In our work together, we explore the deeper layers of your story, including how unmet needs, attachment wounds, and past experiences may still be influencing your present. This approach helps bring insight to emotions or behaviors that might feel confusing or stuck—like always putting others first, struggling with self-worth, or pulling away when things get too close. Psychodynamic therapy is gentle but powerful. It’s about making unconscious patterns conscious, so you can make intentional choices instead of repeating old cycles. I often weave this work in with inner child healing, attachment theory, and trauma-informed care—because understanding yourself is a key part of rewriting your story.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. It’s a practical, evidence-based approach that’s especially helpful for challenges like anxiety, low self-esteem, overthinking, and people-pleasing. In our work together, we’ll identify patterns—like harsh self-talk, fear of abandonment, or perfectionism—and explore where they come from and how they’re showing up in your life today. From there, I’ll support you in gently challenging those thoughts and shifting them into something more balanced, empowering, and true to who you are. CBT isn’t about “thinking positive” or ignoring hard things—it’s about building awareness and learning new ways to respond so you feel more in control of your emotions, choices, and how you show up in relationships. I often pair CBT with inner child work and trauma-informed care so our work gets to the root, not just the surface.
