Hello! I work with people who want help finding ways to live a more fulfilling life. As a therapist, I help people recognize their strengths as we work together to overcome difficulties. Almost all of us struggle with many of the same questions. "Am I good enough?" "Why do I feel like I don't matter?" "Will I ever be truly happy when I seem to make the same choices over and over again?" Do you want to manage anxiety? Do you feel depressed? Have you experienced a trauma? Do you find yourself unable to finish projects or find your car keys? Are the kids struggling? Whatever is going wrong, a safe place to talk, knowing your trust will never be compromised, is a wonderful gift you can give yourself. During the first visit, we'll talk about what you want to see happen. Together will come up with a plan. Lasting change is possible. You can create a happy and fulfilling life.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our first session, we'll talk about what you need, what will work best for you, and answer any questions or concerns you may have.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My confidence comes from the experience of creating change in my own life, and knowing anything is possible. My clients know I care about them.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I enjoy working with people who want to make a positive change in their lives. I am an EMDRIA Approved EMDR Therapist and see clients in person and using telehealth.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is the Gold Standard used to help clients learn how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors may be creating negative beliefs about themselves. Learning how the past continues to effect life today is an important step in letting go of yesterday and experiencing the joy of living in the present.
