Hello and welcome to my page. It is a pleasure to be considered to come alongside you during this part of your life journey. I have over 20 years of experience in the field of social work and 3 years working as a mental health clinician. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults both individually, couples, and families. I pride myself on being compassionate and curious about each individual that crosses my path. I have been trained to diagnose and treat mental, emotional and behavioral disorders. My goal is to help individuals lead healthier and more fulfilling lives. I make every effort to provide a safe and nonjudgemental space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings and experiences.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect
You can expect an introduction and explanation of guidelines for the therapeutic relationship. Additionally it is an opportunity for you to ask me questions, as well as me t get to know and understand you, your background, and what you would like to obtain from therapy. This is all about you, It is my truest effort to make you feel as comfortable as possible. I additionally make every effort to be my most authentic self so you can judge if I am the best fit for your needs at this time in your life journey.

I have worked with anxiety disorders, depression, OCD, ODD, trauma, grief and eating disorders.
