Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) working in Florida. I was born and raised in New York. I received my master's from Saint Leo University in Florida and have been practicing for 10 years. I have experience working with every age group and my passion is to help others become the best versions of themselves. I am grateful for the opportunity to help and to serve others.
Our first session will be an intake session, and we will work on establishing rapport. The first session is typically the most in-depth session. Eventually, we will discuss specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
I lead with compassion and that will always be the focus of our sessions. I typically use self-compassion, spirituality, and use a holistic approach with all of my clients. I want to help you work on issues you are struggling with; you are the driver.
I have experience working with every age group. My expertise is grief counseling, PTSD, anxiety, depression, learning difficulties, post-partum, women's issues, and LGBTQ.

Humanistic method takes a positive view of human nature and emphasizes the uniqueness of the individual. Therapists using this method are interested in exploring the nature of creativity, self-love, and self-actualization to help clients realize their potential through change and self-directed growth.
Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) helps people who may be experiencing post-traumatic stress after a traumatic event to return to a healthy state.
Narrative Therapy is a form of psychotherapy that seeks to help clients identify their values and the skills associated with them. Narrative Therapy embraces the idea that stories shape our behaviors. There are helpful or unhelpful narratives we can choose to embrace.
