I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, anger management, & depression. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. I work with my clients on gaining confidence and developing coping strategies to conquer their problems.
