My treatment methods

Brainspotting

After recently being trained in this modality, in conjunction with years of EMDR experience, I find it will be easy to introduce to clients and anticipate it will be a great resource to help client's meet their goals.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT is a foundational modality that I started using in my practicum in 2016. It is introduced to all clients in session.

EMDR

In 2019, I completed training in EMDR and in 2021, I completed and achieved certification. I feel confident in this modality and have seen wonderful results in clients. I have further received training in the Flash Technique which has been instrumental in helping client's overcome symptoms of trauma.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

I attended a training in IFS and EMDR integration in 2023 and have been incorporating IFS into treatment with client since then. This modality is very helpful in helping clients contain parts of themselves and function from their true core self.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Mindfulness Based Therapy has been a method that I have used early on in my career. It is a practice to help ground clients and elevate insight and awareness.
