I’ve been using Solution Focus Brief Therapy for the past five years. Solution-Focused Brief Counseling is an approach that focuses on exploring and enhancing a client's strengths and resources to help them find solutions to their challenges. We’ll use SFBT to identify your existing strengths, resources, and coping mechanisms and build upon this foundation in our time together.

Motivational Interviewing

I’ve been using Motivational Interviewing for the past five years. Motivational Interviewing is an approach designed to explore and enhance a person's motivation for positive change. Rather than prescribing solutions, it involves a collaborative and empathetic conversation aimed at resolving ambivalence and fostering intrinsic motivation. By exploring your own reasons for change and helping you articulate and strengthen your commitment to positive actions my aim is to support you in navigating the path toward positive change in a way that feels authentic and meaningful to you.
