New to Grow
I have been a Social Worker since 2014, I have worked in a spectrum of places from inpatient hospitals to schools. I have a comprehensive view to mental health and how to improve lives. In a prior career I worked in health care and have a broad knowledge of illness and how it can impact functional and mood. I can help client mentally maneuver their health conditions.
The first session is to get to know you. I will find out more about you - past, present and future goals.
I am personable and I take great interest in others.
I work well with clients dealing with life and health transitions. I will help you find your way to your new normal and to maximize your wellness and functionality. Change is inevitable and hard sometimes. Through CBT therapy I can help you view life circumstances as not so threatening or deterring and help you embrace and look forward to your future.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy
Using a variety of therapies and relaxation and stress management techniques, my goal is to have you incorporate these in daily life with the goal of autonomy and self-reliance.
