This work isn’t easy, but the alternative of staying stuck, not living your best life, and spending years feeling down, anxious, and overwhelmed is far more challenging.
I use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns. This approach is hands-on and gives you tools to feel more in control of your emotions and behaviors.
