Hello, my name is Beatrice Lafleur. I believe that in my practice, my patients can achieve their goals if they believe in themselves, put in the work, and have support. I am inspired by “not being a product of ones circumstances but, being a product of the decisions and actions made.” I have established an empathetic and supportive approach that has been a crucial part of my practice and my patients' success and progress.
In the first session I like to complete a bio-psychosocial assessment. While I want to know the reasons why you started on this journey, I also want to get a snap shot of your life. So don't worry we won't dive too deep into the stressors in your life in the first session.
I provide an unbiased support system to help you decide on how you want to move forward in a positive manner.
Can’t make sense of why you feel the way you do or do the things that you do? Do you feel alone? I work with teens and adults providing care for patients who struggle with depression, anxiety, and the desire to reach life goals. The main goal for my patients includes establishing and becoming the best versions of themselves.
Perception is a major factor on how our body responds to various situations/environments. Increasing your self awareness on your perception and responses will help you regulate them.
