Whatever the cause of your anxiety may be, I utilize a variety of different techniques, from a holistic approach, to help you overcome these uncomfortable symptoms of anxiety. Together we will focus on you as a whole, looking at all areas and aspects of your life. I integrate nutrition, movement (yoga, pilates, aerobic exercise, and even walking), mindfulness and self-awareness to focus on the root cause of your anxiety. I believe in tackling the root of the issue while controlling and maintaining the symptoms of anxiety. We will be tackling your anxiety from a preventative, as well as a proactive approach.
I utilize a combination of techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as Solution-Focused Therapy.
