About me

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the states of Oklahoma and Texas. I received my Masters Degree from Oral Roberts University and have been practicing for 7 years. I help people quit settling for the lives they have and start crafting the lives they dream of. This forward movement helps people become unstuck and often significantly reduces anxiety and depression.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions and I'll learn about what stressors or obstacles you are currently facing and what changes you would like to see implemented. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

As a mental health provider, my strength lies in my knowledge of psychological concepts and the human mind and behavior, which I then pair with my clients' unique knowledge about how they operate as an individual, and we then work in collaboration to find a course of action that is successful for them.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I find my clients are often curious about themselves and the world around them. They have morals and boundaries, yet are open-minded and deep thinking. My clients are often eager to improve, and are seeking counseling either to gain tools that will better aid in their success, or because they find the questions that counseling poses helps them to reach epiphanies that then allow them to gain clarity and a vision for their life.
