I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who helps individuals and couples work through anxiety, depression, ADHD, and relationship challenges. I take a straightforward, practical approach to therapy—focusing on real-life tools that help you think more clearly, manage emotions, and improve your daily life. I enjoy working with clients who are ready to grow, take ownership, and make meaningful changes. For those who want it, I also offer faith-based counseling and help clients incorporate their Christian beliefs into the healing process.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session is focused on getting to know you and understanding what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk through your current challenges, background, and what you’d like to see change in your life. I’ll ask questions to get a clear picture, but it won’t feel like an interrogation—just a conversation. By the end of the session, we’ll begin identifying patterns, set a few initial goals, and outline a plan moving forward. You’ll leave with a clearer direction and often a few practical tools you can start using right away.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My biggest strength is helping clients turn insight into action. I don’t just help you talk through problems—I help you develop clear, practical strategies to improve your situation. I’m direct, honest, and supportive, which helps clients feel understood while also being challenged to grow. I’m especially effective at helping clients with ADHD, anxiety, and relationship issues create structure, improve communication, and break out of unhealthy patterns. For clients who want faith integrated into therapy, I’m able to naturally connect biblical principles with proven clinical tools in a way that feels genuine and useful—not forced or overly formal.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with individuals and couples who are motivated to grow and open to practical, structured support. Many of my clients struggle with ADHD, anxiety, or depression and want help improving focus, emotional regulation, and daily functioning. I especially enjoy working with clients who want to strengthen their relationships—whether that’s improving communication, rebuilding trust, or setting healthy boundaries. I’m a good fit for clients who appreciate a straightforward, down-to-earth approach and are willing to apply what we discuss outside of sessions. I provide actionable tools, accountability, and consistent support to help clients make real progress in their lives. For those who desire it, I also offer faith-based counseling and enjoy working with individuals who want to incorporate their Christian beliefs into the healing process. This can include aligning thoughts with truth, strengthening identity and purpose, and improving relationships through biblical principles.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use CBT to help clients understand how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. Together, we identify unhelpful thinking patterns and replace them with more realistic, truth-based perspectives that lead to healthier emotional responses and actions. I focus on practical tools clients can use in everyday life to manage anxiety, improve relationships, and build confidence. When desired, I also integrate faith-based principles to align thoughts with biblical truth and personal values.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I help clients identify what’s already working in their lives and build on those strengths. Sessions are goal-oriented and focused on creating practical steps toward change rather than staying stuck in problems.

Faith based therapy

For clients who want it, I incorporate biblical principles, prayer, and spiritual reflection into sessions. I help clients strengthen their relationship with Christ and apply faith to real-life struggles like anxiety, marriage, and purpose.
