Hi! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in DC, Virginia, Maryland and Pennsylvania. I help young adults struggling with career stress and burnout become the best versions of themselves. I obtained my PhD in Human Behavior at Capella University, a Masters Degree in Clinical Counseling at Eastern University, and a Bachelors in Psychology Degree at West Chester University.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. Bring your notebook and pen because we will use my LEADSTAR System to help you identify, assess, reframe, and take action on your goals. Looking forward to working together.
