I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I provide virtual therapy for individuals and couples for trauma, anxiety, and life transitions and have been providing counseling for the past 9 years. I am an EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) therapist and have been trained for the past 4 years.
In our first session a history is gathered so we both can collaborate on the best approach moving forward. We discussed your concerns that have brought you to counseling and the goals you would like to reach.
I believe my greatest strengths include being a person-centered therapist. Therapy should feel like a collaborative process to reach your specific goals. A major strength are the different approaches I can provide including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) and Parts and Memory therapy.
I enjoy working with clients who are looking to resolve past trauma and are open to EMDR services. Therapy is a collaborative process and I work with clients who are motivated to reach their goals.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing which is an effective treatment for trauma symptoms. I have been trained for the past 4 years and have seen this treatment be successful for a large percentage of my clients on the virtual platform.
