Hi, I am a licensed clinical social worker with 17 years of experience. I received my Masters of Social Work from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. My career has been focused on supporting adolescents and adults through the challenging times in their lives. I also enjoy doing couples/marital counseling dealing with conflict and betrayal. I have experience working with adolescents with IEP's and understand what supports a child needs for school success
In our first session, we will get to know each other. I will answer any of your questions. We will then get into discussions on what brought you to therapy. We will begin to identify a plan for moving forwards.
I welcome my clients into a warm and supportive environment. I offer you a safe place while being direct and getting to core issues.
I love working with clients seeking to alleviate symptoms of anxiety and depression. My clients come to their first sessions with overwhelming feelings. My goal is to have my clients feeling like they have left some of their emotional load behind in my office.
I used Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help my clients challenge their negative or distorted thoughts that keep them from living their most peaceful life.
