About me

My name is Shari Wofford. I am an LCSW with 15 years of experience working with individuals from all walks of life. I really enjoy listening to people. I know and enjoy getting down to the nitty-gritty and tackling the issues you want to address. I strive to create a safe and accepting environment that allows clients to explore obstacles with concerns related to anxiety, depression, boundaries, life changes, and medical stressors. My goal is to help you find healing solutions and work to develop assertive communication & boundaries. I want to help you improve your quality of life with yourself and relationships with those around you. Counseling can foster personal development in whatever way you may be seeking and help build the life you so deeply deserve. If that's what you're looking for, I'm here when you're ready to share.
