About me

Hello!! And, Welcome! Looking forward to meeting you!! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am licensed in Kentucky, Indiana, Kansas, Maine, Utah, and Nevada. I received my Masters from Western Kentucky University, and have been practicing for 28 years. I help individuals, and couples to overcome "old programming", develop new and healing ways to see themselves and life, and utilize places of self-empowerment. Increasing one's relationship with oneself helps one to have greater relationships with others, and all other parts of life.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

With empathy, open mindedness, and a total acceptance of who you uniquely are: together, we will journey through the places in your life that feel stuck and heal the issues that are causing the suffering. We will begin where you feel most comfortable beginning, and at a pace the fits your needs. Looking super forward to meeting, and working with you!!

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Having worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career changes, OCD and ADHD, we will begin where you are right now, and address what feels most important to you, with absolute acceptance, and validation. Openness, and with a bit of humor, we will together help you to move forward towards greater self-empowerment, and peace.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Congratulations on having the courage to make the brave step to face obstacles that are road blocking your success, and for creating the motivation to make positive changes in your life. Open communication about therapy goals, life goals, and life passions helps develop a therapy dynamic that allows for establishing a direction for growth. Super paramount to the progress in therapy are the open conversations, and feedback from you about how the sessions, and the therapy journey is progressing.
