Welcome to my practice! My name is Deb and I am a licensed therapist committed to meeting you exactly where you are at in your journey. Are you finding it difficult to reach a sense of balance and serenity in your current situation? You have come to the right place! I will help create a safe space for you in our therapy sessions to explore what may be preventing you from experiencing the life you desire. I use a gentle wholistic approach and will encourage you to move at whatever pace is comfortable for you. I also incorporate humor into sessions when appropriate. Through our time together, we will come up with ways to alleviate your symptoms and restore you back to a place of health. My speciality is working with young adults ages 18-30 who are experiencing anxiety due to life transitions. I also specialize in relationship trauma and helping clients restore themselves back to health after they have experienced abuse of any kind.

My approach is compassionate and focuses on the individual in front of me. I treat each person with unconditional positive regard, recognizing that each person has a unique background and set of circumstances that has shaped them into the person they have become.
