Welcome! I'm am independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) treating clients in AZ and OH. I grew up in Chicago and have been practicing in Phoenix, AZ for 17 years. I specialize in relationship problems, addictions of all kind, and the depression that makes life difficult. I aim to give you the skills necessary to live your best life and no longer try to escape through unhealthy means!

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together we will review your history and create a treatment plan based on your personal goals. Don't worry if you aren't ready to share everything from your history yet; that's totally normal!

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I'm very laid back and strive to make everyone feel comfortable. Having been in the profession for almost 2 decades, I have developed quite a few tricks to help even the most difficult client. I work with each client to create individual goals and do not have any "cookie cutter" treatment.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with adults and couples who are struggling to get through their days. My clients often feel stuck and overwhelmed but are ready to get help and make some changes!

She's awesome. Really helping me open up inward, on why I do things! Always reflecting it back on you throwing you a curveball you never saw coming , but actually all making sense! She's definitely not afraid to tell it how it is!

Amy guides me through rough waters while giving me the space to navigate on my own. I've found our sessions productive and feel better about myself than I did going in.
