About me

Hello! I am Licensed Clinical Social worker licensed in both Pennsylvania and Maine. I graduated from Marywood University and have been providing therapy for over 18 years for a variety of mental health issues and life struggles. I enjoy working with clients to help empower them to take back control over their struggles and to be able to live the life that they deserve and desire!

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we will get to know each other and begin to work together to address some of the issues you are facing and we will come up with a plan to tackle those concerns. I will also be able to answer any questions you may have or to explain the process and what to expect during our time together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths as a therapist are compassion, empathy, and dedication. I enjoy working with clients and getting to see them recognize their strengths and be able to apply that strength and achieve their goals!

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with clients who are motivated and focused on making changes and alleviating the struggles that they are facing. I enjoy working with adults and have helped many overcome depressive symptoms, anxiety, life changes, and grief.

My treatment methods

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I use Solution Focused treatment methods in my practice frequently. This method helps clients to take back control over the challenges that they are facing and empowers them to find solutions and to overcome obstacles. It also allows them to see results in a shorter time period, which boosts confidence and allows them to feel better quicker!

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use CBT to help with anxiety and depressive issues that clients are struggling with. The method works at challenging negative and anxiety-provoking thoughts so that clients are able to recognize those thoughts affect their mood and behaviors.
