Hi! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor born and raised in Massachusetts. I consider myself a 'down to earth' guy. I am the type of therapist who sees the strengths in you, and I want to build confidence and esteem in you, the client, so you can feel accomplished and proud. I enjoy working with people who believe in finding their passion and celebrating their successes.
In our first session, we will review the fundamentals of therapy (e.g., confidentiality, informed consent) and then we will explore the things going on in your life. The purpose of the first meeting is to establish a connection-one where you, the client, can feel safe and comfortable.

I work mostly with adults these days, but I have significant experience working with kids and families. I enjoy working with couples, and people working to maintain their recovery or sobriety.
Master's Degree in Cognitive-Behavioral Studies with fifteen years of clinical experience applying these concepts in the therapeutic setting. We focus on the connection between thoughts, feelings and behavior working toward improving one's thought patterns.
