Have you ever felt that something was missing from your life, as though you were attempting to reach a destination; however, it could not be reached? We will be looking at ways to fill up our lives that provide feelings of purpose. Sometimes it's easy to look for the next quick fix only to discover we are right where we started. Back to square one! Together, we will discover what areas of life feel unfulfilling and identify barriers and approaches to overcome the obstacles to bring more life satisfaction and self-congruency. I only offer therapy to individuals who are 18+ and no minors. I also focus on integrated hypnosis. Through holistic and integrative therapy, we will examine the areas of life that may feel unfulfilling and develop strategies to build more meaning and consistency. By examining our current behaviors, we can develop interventions that focus on self-direction and self-autonomy. I provide mental health counseling, energy healing strategies including fitness. By reaching out to me as your mental health counselor, various resources and tools can be discovered to build more life satisfaction and congruency. This time is your time. Let's work together to find real potential and bring more life purpose and identify strategies to conquer any negative self-doubt and address any feelings of uncertainty.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I provide a structured, goal-oriented form of psychotherapy that focuses on modifying dysfunctional emotions, behaviors, and thoughts. It teaches individuals to identify and challenge negative thinking patterns, replacing them with more effective coping strategies. CBT is generally short-term, collaborative, and focused on solving current problems.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I provide a structured type of talk therapy based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), specifically designed to help people manage intense emotions, reduce self-harm, and improve relationships. It balances acceptance of one's reality with active change, teaching skills in mindfulness, emotional regulation, and distress tolerance.

Humanistic

I provide a holistic, client-centered approach to psychotherapy that emphasizes an individual’s inherent drive toward self-actualization, personal growth, and free will. It focuses on the present ("here and now") rather than past trauma, aiming to help people recognize their strengths and find personal meaning.

Integrative

I provide a progressive, holistic form of psychotherapy that combines techniques from different schools of thought—such as cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and humanistic approaches—to create a tailored treatment plan. It treats the whole person (mental, physical, emotional, spiritual) rather than just symptoms, adapting to the individual’s unique needs
