New to Grow
You might be feeling emotionally drained—like you’re holding everything together on the outside while struggling to stay grounded on the inside. Maybe you feel disconnected from yourself or your relationships, or like the coping strategies that used to work just aren’t anymore. You want to feel more present, more steady, more like yourself again—but you’re not sure how to get there on your own. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, reconnect, and begin to feel more supported in your inner world. I work with teens and adults navigating grief, loss, and life transitions, and I bring a warm, relational approach to each session.
Therapy doesn’t have to feel clinical, regimented or uncomfortable. When we’re together you will find I have a warm, conversational style where I channel curiosity, nonjudgment and an open-minded stance. If you’re ready to find this kind of support, I’d love to chat with you. I am committed to prioritizing emotional safety, deep attunement, and the healing power of connection.
I specialize in life transitions (health, parenting, relationship), relational trauma, grief, and family change. With many years of experience, I help clients feel more connected to themselves and present in their lives. I work from an attachment-based, anti-oppressive lens, while incorporating play, humor and connection any chance I get.

Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP)
AEDP is an attachment-based, experiential therapy that helps people heal by processing core emotions in the context of a safe, emotionally attuned relationship.
Attachment-based
Attachment therapy focuses on healing emotional and relational wounds by creating a secure, attuned relationship in which clients can safely explore needs, emotions, and patterns formed in early relationships. Change happens as clients internalize this secure connection, leading to greater emotional regulation, self-trust, and healthier relationships.
Grief Therapy
Grief therapy helps individuals process the emotional and relational impact of loss by creating space to express, maintain bonds, and make meaning together.
