Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in Texas. I received my Masters from St. Mary's University and have been practicing for 13 years. I assist adults in navigating life's challenges by exploring solutions and cultivating proper coping mechanisms. I would like to enhance your resiliency and aim to provide services in a caring and nonjudgmental space where you can grow.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing and goals you want to achieve. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. Where you lead, I will follow.
My goal is to offer a safe place where you are able to feel comfortable in being vulnerable. Working together, we will establish your challenges and goals to move therapy forward.
I love working with adults who are ready to take the first step in taking care of themselves. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel anxious, stressed or overwhelmed about getting started and this is absolutely valid.
