My therapy style is warm and interactive, and I enjoy building rapport with clients over time. I believe the greatest feeling is when a client knows it's time to transition out of therapy and feels equipped to do so after our time together. I am a compassionate and collaborative therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate challenges and build fulfilling lives. My approach is warm and interactive, focusing on empowering clients with practical tools and coping strategies. Together, we’ll create a personalized path toward your goals and lasting well-being.
In your first session with me, we’ll focus on getting to know each other, discussing your goals for therapy, and identifying what success would look like for you. We’ll explore what brings you to therapy and begin to create a collaborative plan tailored to your needs. We will review confidentiality and briefly discuss my office policies in treating clients. This session is a safe, open space for you to share at your own pace.
My greatest strength as a provider is my ability to create a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment where clients feel heard and empowered. I excel at helping clients identify practical steps and coping strategies to navigate challenges, while also fostering long-term growth and resilience.
My ideal therapy client is an adult (18+) who is motivated for growth and open to a collaborative, goal-oriented process. They may be navigating meaningful life transitions, experiencing anxiety or depression, desiring a healthier lifestyle, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. They value a supportive but structured space where we can explore emotions with honesty, identify behavioral patterns, and develop practical strategies for change. This client is willing to engage both in and outside of sessions—applying insights, building healthier habits, and working toward clearly defined goals. They appreciate being met where they are, while also being gently challenged to create sustainable change and move toward a more balanced, intentional life.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
In my practice, I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients cultivate psychological flexibility by teaching them to embrace their thoughts and emotions without judgment while focusing on actions that align with their core values. Through mindfulness exercises and value-based goal setting, I guide clients to shift their energy from avoiding discomfort to building a meaningful and purpose-driven life. This approach empowers them to respond to challenges with greater resilience and clarity.
Interpersonal
I implement Interpersonal methodology to help clients explore and improve the quality of their relationships and social interactions. By focusing on patterns of communication and attachment, we identify ways to address relational challenges and build stronger, healthier connections. This approach emphasizes the role of interpersonal experiences in shaping emotional well-being and personal growth.
Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy
I utilize Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) to help clients identify and challenge irrational beliefs that contribute to emotional distress. By examining how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are interconnected, I guide clients to replace unhelpful beliefs with more rational and empowering ones. This approach fosters greater emotional resilience and equips clients with practical tools to navigate life's challenges.
Solution Focused Brief Treatment
I use Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to help clients identify and build on their existing strengths and resources to create practical solutions for their concerns. By focusing on what is working and envisioning their preferred future, I guide clients toward actionable steps that lead to meaningful change. This forward-focused approach empowers clients to achieve their goals efficiently and effectively.
