The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

As a case manager in a shelter, I was often the one who took on cases others were not able to deal with. My niche is working with clients in crisis or with similar concerns that may lead to a crisis. I specialize in dealing with anxiety, depression, bipolar and PTSD. I also work with teens and children dealing with similar extreme mental health issues.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I focus on adults in a wide variety of ages and situations, I focus on individual clients and no couples currently. I do sometimes work with teens transitioning into young adulthood
