As a Latina Woman dedication to empowering diverse communities, I have had the privilege of serving various capacities, all aimed at fostering growth and individual's potential. My journey has equipped me with extensive experience in the child welfare sector, where I have advocated for the wellbeing of children and families. In addition, to this foundational work, I have also provided support to individuals grappling with mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, PTSDS and complex grief. Through a compassionate and culturally sensitive approach, I strive to create safe spaces where individuals can explore their experiences work through their struggles and ultimately increase their awareness to impact their actions. This understanding fosters greater self-awareness and empowers individuals to make informed choices about their mental health. I create a collaborative environment where clients may explore their experiences, gain insights into their experiences.
