About me

Life is hard. Sometimes it feels like problems come one after another. It is overwhelming. You don't have to get through it alone. Therapy is a great place to talk about life's problems where you can say anything and not be judged. No matter what you’re facing, talking with someone can help. My goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free space where you feel like you’re grabbing coffee with a friend…a friend who happens to be a licensed counselor with more than 11 years of experience. In my time working as a counselor, I have helped patients manage and overcome obstacles like anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. From challenges with the overwhelming pressure of academic life, work life, career choices, relationship challenges, and more, I will be there to offer an objective perspective on your situation and provide healthy tips and resources to navigate it. My approach empowers personal growth while always ensuring you feel safe, seen, and heard. Depending on your needs, I utilize CBT, DBT, and Reality Therapy approaches in sessions. Currently, all sessions will be conducted virtually, allowing you to participate from the comfort of your own home and on a more flexible schedule. Let's do this together.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we will get to know one another and dive into what brought you to therapy.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I specialize in treating the anxiety and depression that comes with life transitions. These may include academic, career, relationship, gender, or loss of a loved one but they may be due to something else. What you can expect from me is someone who will listen to you without judgement and help you gain new perspective and coping skills to manage symptoms that come with these transitions.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I have specialty working with adults going through life transitions including (but not limited to) break-ups, divorce, academic, gender, and career transitions. I provide a sex-positive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore concerns related to intimacy, identity, desire, and relationships. I honor the diversity of human sexuality and support clients in cultivating healthy, consensual, and fulfilling experiences—free from shame and stigma.
