Hi, I'm Julie, a therapist who believes healing happens with you feel seen, understood and supported without judgment. I focus on your strengths, your story and the small steps that help life feel lighter and more manageable. My purpose in life is to help others because life is hard and we can all use a little therapy once in a while.

I have worked with families in home, at school and within the community. I have many years of experience working with clients who suffer from mood disorders, traumas and who simply wants to work towards a better quality of life.

I serve children, teen and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma and life's biggest challenges. I am here to help build confidence, find clarity and create a change at a pace that feels safe for you.
Solution Focused Brief Treatment
I use SFBT by helping clients identify what's working, not working and what needs improvements. I help with clarifying goals and creating small achievable steps towards positive change focusing on strengths rather than problems.
