Hello! I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who has been working with individuals, couples and families for twenty three years. I use interventions based on cognitive behavioral techniques to help you reach your goals and overcome patterns of behavior that are not working well for you. I believe you are the expert in your own life and strive to work with you to understand and move forward toward your goals.
In our first session together, we will explore what brings you to seek therapy, ways that you have attempted to change in the past, what works for you and develop a plan to move you to where you want to be.
I am focused on helping you to become the best version of yourself. I am compassionate and direct in challenging you to overcome behaviors that are not serving you.
I am honored to work with a variety of individuals and couples who are goal oriented and ready to reach their full potential. I appreciate clients who are ready to explore change and move forward out of behaviors that are not beneficial to them.

I provide a safe space where you can feel validated and empowered to solve problems and move forward. I use solution focused interventions and empathic listening to skills to aid you in your journey and achieve the desired outcome.
Examining negative thought patterns and replacing them with more helpful self-talk can often alleviate symptoms of anxiety and depression. I provide a safe space where we can explore together how to move forward.
