About me

Hi there! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Texas, with a Master’s degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio. I specialize in helping adults who are dealing with depression, anxiety, and the effects of trauma, as these challenges often go hand in hand. My goal is to support you in finding peace and healing, while helping you discover possibilities for your life that you may not have thought were possible. As a veteran, I am especially passionate about providing accessible therapy to helping professionals, including those with demanding schedules. To accommodate work obligations, I offer flexible after-hours sessions to ensure care is available when it's needed most.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll take some time to get to know each other and talk about the challenges you’re facing. This conversation will help us create a personalized plan tailored to your needs, giving us a clear path to work on together during therapy.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

As a mental health provider, my focus is on creating a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can feel safe and truly heard. Building strong, trusting relationships with my clients is at the heart of my work. I stay up to date on the latest therapy methods to make sure I can meet your unique needs. Together, we’ll work as a team to help you take steps toward better mental and emotional well-being.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I aim to support adults who may feel like they've lost hope for things to get better. Many of the people I work with come to therapy as a last resort, but they’re determined to make positive changes in their lives. They truly want things to improve and just need the right tools and guidance to make it happen.
