About me

As a counselor, I am deeply committed to providing a safe, supportive space where individuals can explore their emotions, unlock their potential, and create meaningful change in their lives. With empathy, active listening, and a solution-focused approach, I guide each person toward greater self-awareness and personal growth, empowering them to overcome challenges and thrive while also identifying their greatest strengths.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In the first session, I will get to know you as a person and what you want to achieve while in counseling. You will also have the opportunity to ask me about my experiences and education to assure that we are the best fit to help you overcome your challenges and identify your strengths.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

As a counselor, my strengths lie in my ability to listen actively, providing a safe and empathetic space for individuals to express themselves without judgment. I am patient and understanding, which allows me to connect with clients on a deeper level and help them navigate complex emotions and challenges. My strong communication skills enable me to offer clear, supportive guidance, and my commitment to continuous learning helps me stay informed about best practices and therapeutic techniques to best support my clients' needs. I am dedicated to fostering personal growth and empowering individuals to make positive, lasting changes in their lives.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

As a counselor, I have significant experience with clients who have experience in the foster care, with unprocessed trauma, anxiety and depression that is negatively impacting their day to day, and clients that struggle with addictions that they want to overcome.
