New to Grow
I work with adults navigating ADHD, Autism, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges who are looking for greater clarity and balance in their lives. I provide a supportive, compassionate space where clients can better understand themselves, process past experiences, and strengthen communication and relationships. Together, we focus on building confidence, developing practical tools, and creating meaningful, lasting change that supports a more fulfilling and grounded life.
In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about your current concerns, your goals, and any relevant background that helps guide our work together. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, share what you’re hoping for, and begin building a comfortable, collaborative relationship at a pace that feels right for you.
My greatest strengths as a therapist are creating a space that feels genuine, comfortable, and relational. With over 16 years of experience, I bring empathy, warmth, and a strong ability to listen deeply and understand what matters most to each client. I also take a holistic approach, considering both mind and body, and work as a thoughtful problem-solver to help clients navigate challenges while feeling supported, understood, and empowered throughout the process.
My ideal clients are adults navigating ADHD, Autism, anxiety, or life and career transitions who are seeking greater clarity and balance. They often want to strengthen communication, better understand themselves, and develop healthier relationships. Together, we also work on processing past experiences or trauma, building on strengths, and developing practical strategies that support meaningful, sustainable growth, confidence, emotional regulation, and improved daily functioning.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. Together, we identify patterns that may be contributing to challenges and work to develop more helpful, balanced ways of thinking. I also focus on practical strategies and skill-building so clients can apply what they learn in therapy to their everyday lives.
