Hi, I’m Angie, and I have a passion for helping individuals heal, grow, and thrive. I specialize in trauma-focused care using EMDR, CBT, and DBT to support clients in building healthier relationships with themselves and others. I understand how trauma can impact relationships with the self and others and utilize my lived experience to help enhance the lives of others. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to meet each person’s unique needs on their journey toward lasting change.
In our first session, we’ll begin by reviewing your intake paperwork and discussing your goals for therapy. I’ll walk you through a biopsychosocial assessment, which just means we’ll explore different areas of your life—like your emotional, physical, and social well-being—to get a full picture of what you’re experiencing. This helps me tailor your treatment to fit you. Since sessions are held via secure telehealth, you can join from the comfort of your own space. I’ll also make sure you feel confident using the platform and answer any questions you have. Most importantly, we’ll move at your pace and start building the foundation for a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship.
What makes me unique as a therapist is my ability to blend clinical expertise with genuine, compassionate connection. I bring a trauma-informed lens to every session, using EMDR, CBT, and DBT in a way that feels deeply personalized—not one-size-fits-all. I understand what it’s like to carry emotional wounds while trying to keep everything together, and I create a space where clients feel seen, safe, and empowered to heal at their own pace. My background as a trauma informed therapist allows me to support the whole person—not just the symptoms.
I provide trauma-informed therapy for adults who are ready for meaningful healing, not just symptom management. Many of my clients are insightful, capable, and highly functioning on the outside, yet feel internally stuck. They may understand why they feel the way they do but still struggle to feel safe, calm, or connected in their bodies and relationships. My expertise lies within treating trauma and attachment issues.

In my therapy practice, I use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help clients process and heal from traumatic experiences. By guiding them through bilateral stimulation while recalling distressing memories, clients are able to reduce emotional intensity and shift negative beliefs. I've seen powerful breakthroughs as clients gain clarity, relief, and a renewed sense of control over their lives.
In my therapy practice, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns that influence their emotions and behaviors. Through structured techniques, clients learn to reframe negative thinking and develop healthier coping strategies. CBT empowers individuals to make lasting changes by building awareness and practical skills for everyday life.

I absolutely love her as a therapist she is very funny and very solution oriented. She helps me find ways to cope and deal with certain emotions and challenges I’m facing mentally and empowers me while helping me. She is very funny and very warm. She actually cares about her people and wants the best for them. I feel like I can talk to her about everything in depth without feeling judged or anything.
