In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we'll spend time getting to know one another. I'll explain how i operate and answer any question you may have; this will be a time to see if you and I will be a good fit

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I've never felt that I'm the expert in my client's life and I'm here to "cure" them. I see myself as a guide in your journey to reach your goals. I tend to build rapport quickly and I also don't try to take myself very seriously

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with teens (high school age) to young adults; in particular, I work with clients who have anger issues, depressive symptoms and substance use;
