About me

Hello! I am a dual licensed (LCSW and LCAS) clinician who received my Master's Degree from Fayetteville State University. I work with individual clients of all ages, such as children who have behavioral problems; late adolescents with educational and career concerns or substance abuse problems; adults facing marital or family difficulties, or career changes; and older adults facing situational/developmental life challenges.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In the first session we'll work to establish rapport, discuss symptoms and what brought you to therapy. We'll discuss your goals and expectation(s) of treatment. This session will mostly be used for information gathering in an effort to better inform treatment. Clients are encouraged to share as much as they'd like. We'll also talk about methods to be employed for future session(s).

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Having worked with a diverse group of individuals from youth, to adults and geriatric for the past 8 years, I have developed a range of skills including or involving people from a range of different social and ethnic backgrounds and of different genders, sexual orientations, etc.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am best positioned to serve clients that are open and willing to change. Persons interested in changing their perspective about life is welcome to meet and explore mental health issues that may be hindering their growth. My therapeutic approach has a holistic framework integrating techniques to promote physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being. I strive to provide individualized care to meet the unique needs of my clients while recognizing that each client functions as part of a larger system.
