I am a licensed therapist with eight years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults. I specialize in anxiety and understand how overwhelming it can feel when stress, worry, or fear begins to impact daily life. Whether you’re facing school, work, relationship challenges, or major transitions, I offer a supportive space where you can feel heard and empowered. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. Together, we’ll identify patterns, explore triggers, and build practical tools to help you feel more grounded and in control. I use evidence-based strategies to strengthen coping skills, emotional regulation, and resilience. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can better understand yourself, build confidence, and make meaningful, lasting change. Whether you’re looking for short-term support or deeper work, I’m here to meet you where you are and support your growth.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a strong foundation for our work. I understand that starting therapy can bring up a mix of emotions, from relief and hope to nervousness or uncertainty. My priority is to create a space where you feel comfortable, respected, and heard from the very beginning. During our first meeting, we’ll talk about what brought you to therapy and what you’re hoping to gain from the process. We’ll begin identifying goals and discussing what feels most important to focus on. If helpful, I may introduce a few initial coping strategies or tools you can start using right away.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to create a calm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to be themselves. I understand that vulnerability can be difficult, especially when navigating anxiety or long-standing challenges. I prioritize building trust and helping clients feel heard, respected, and understood from the very beginning. With eight years of experience working across the lifespan, I bring flexibility and adaptability to my work. I am able to meet clients where they are developmentally and emotionally, tailoring my approach to fit each person’s unique needs. Whether working with children, adolescents, or adults, I adjust my communication style and interventions to ensure therapy feels accessible and meaningful.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with women navigating anxiety, stress, and overwhelm while balancing the demands of everyday life and career responsibilities. Many individuals feel pressure to keep everything together, often leading to burnout and imbalance. Together, we focus on reducing anxiety, strengthening boundaries, and creating a more sustainable work-life balance so you can feel calmer, more grounded, and more in control of your life.
