Hi my name is Elizabeth and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in the state of Florida and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Kansas as well as in the state of Missouri (LPC). I earned a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Mid America Nazarene University with 15 years experience working with children, adolescents and adults. I am holistic in my approach adhering to the Adlerian theory of beliefs. I love to see people heal from trauma, gain clarity, increase confidence, improve their relationships and be the healthiest, happiest version of themselves, living their best life!
In our first session, I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable, heard and understood. We'll focus on what brings you to therapy and explore your hopes and goals for our work together. I'll ask some questions to better understand your background, experiences and what you're currently going through, but we'll move at a pace that feels right for you.

I was about 20-30 late to my appointment due to construction and she was super friendly and still kept me there for the full hour. I was against it because it was basically forced on me for my job. I immediately felt relaxed and it was like I was visiting a friend. She was compassionate listening to my frustration and by the end of our meeting I did not feel like I was in a therapy session. Elizabeth gave me techniques on dealing with my stress and to spend this time to focus on myself
