Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session will begin with a short introduction and a review of the paperwork. Following that, we move at your pace so that we can understand your challenges. From here we can set goals to work towards in therapy.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strength as a provider is helping to identify and building on your strengths. By identifying and leveraging these strengths and pairing them with therapeutic skills we can help you overcome the challenges you facing.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I honor my clients' truths and understand the importance of helping them feel heard and supported. I create a safe non-judgmental space with clients that promotes healing, exploration and self-reflection through collaboration and curiosity. Reaching out is one of the most difficult but vital steps to creating shifts and changes in your life. Transitions take a toll and finding harmony seems to be a fleeting dream at best. My ideal client is seeking growth, development, and building the necessary skills to reach a higher level of fulfillment.

I felt so comfortable sharing things about my life that I don't typically speak about, which is a good sign; it felt natural. I'm really looking for the next few sessions.
