Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In my practice, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). During your initial session, we will explore the reasons that prompted you to seek therapy and determine the most suitable strategies to facilitate your progress. Through CBT, we will examine the correlation between your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Throughout the treatment, I will guide you in developing techniques.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strength as a provider is effective communication, empathy, adaptability, critical thinking, and a commitment to strong interpersonal skills. I enjoy building rapport and understanding patient concerns. The ability to adapt to different situations and challenges, while maintaining composure, is also vital in my practice.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I understand going through a difficult time, possibly struggles with anxiety, depression or trauma.
